Return & Refund Policy

RETURN

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by hashposh.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund in case of defects noticed. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just call our Support Center, and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with detail on how to return/refund your item(s).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that are Not Returnable

hashposh.com does not accept returns of the following items:

  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases
  • Computer laptops and desktops more than 7 days after delivery
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards and gift certificates
  • Pay As You Go (or prepaid) Subscription Cards & Phone cards
  • Items purchased from sellers other than hashposh.com (Please contact the vendor in such cases)

Note: Returns that are not the result of our error will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.


REPLACEMENT

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call our support center to request a replacement. Defective items will be replaced. Hashfour Global will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All Refund requests need to be made in writing to support@hashposh.com within 7 days of purchase. In the event that Hashfour Global chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.


REFUNDS

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by hashposh.com. Any products purchased from a 3rd party seller through our site can be returned to the sellers directly. If you just need to return an item, please call our support center, you may find the telephone number on our website. (Contact Us section). We will provide all the information required for return or refund even if it is not fullfiled by us. 3rd party product returns only accepted by sellers. we will investigate the case immediately and will support the customer to return the product in case of any malfunctions happened. 

For items directed to our office for refunds, You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), we’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Order Cancellation Refunds (From Customer Side)

In case customer ordered a product and unfortunately he need to cancel his order according to his wish and not becuase of our error, customer can cencel a order and request for refunds. in such cases, amount of refund will deduct the bank charges. Eg:- A Customer ordered a product of 100Dhs and he need to cancel the order and get the refund. Bank will charge us a transaction fees (For Eg:- order transaction fee 3% + 1Dhs Handling fee) and a refund charges of certain percentage (Eg:-  2%). So the customer can get back  the amount equal to Order Amount - Transaction Charges - Refund Charges ( eg:- 100-3.0%+2.0%-1 = 94 Dhs)


If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for further assistance.

The amount of your refund depends on several factors:

If you paid through online such as Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfers Etc. A Transaction charge of 3% will be deducted from your Refund.

Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full refund.

Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:

  • Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
  • Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.

If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee.

If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.

Partial Refunds

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use
  • Any opened laptop or desktop computer.
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)

Any item not returned in the condition it was received
